Through this collaboration, Accumed has migrated and scaled its core workloads on Alibaba Cloud's global infrastructure, leveraging elastic compute, secure networking, and multi-region disaster recovery capabilities. The partnership focuses on integrating Alibaba Cloud's large language model, Qwen, to develop intelligent AI agents for eClaims processing, medical coding optimization, and enhanced customer support—transforming healthcare operations with unprecedented intelligence and efficiency. 

Beyond technical integration, the three parties are exploring pathways to bring Accumed's solutions to Alibaba Cloud's global marketplace, accelerating the company's expansion across the Middle East and international markets.

Building the Next Generation of Cloud Database Solutions | OneCloud × TiDB 

On October 14th, OneCloud signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with TiDB (powered by PingCAP), a leading global distributed database provider. 

The MOU was signed by William Chen, CEO of OneCloud, and Ardelle Fan, COO of TiDB, marking the beginning of a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two companies.
